NWF Lightweight Tag Team Champion.

 

Eric Balabon entered the NWF on March 16th, 1985 at the same time as his older brother, Brian Balabon. However, Eric was brought in as a full time referee at the time.

But on his next show, he became Electrifying Eric, and formed a tag team alliance with Ryan Kelsey (Rough Ryan) and Dean Karlsen (Mean Dean).

Eric was a tough little scrappy wrestler and competed in the NWF lightweight division. He would eventually replace Mean Dean as one half of the NWF Lightweight Tag Team Champions along with Rough Ryan in the fall of 1985.

Eric would leave the NWF by the end of 1985, but his contribution to the lightweight division of the NWF will never be forgotten.
